Cosmoscow - norway focus 7-10 sept 2017 moscow, russia

Picture
Title: Crepuscular Triptych. Year: 2017. Medium: Pencil drawing, black ink and rain water on Arches watercolor paper. Each drawing measure: 210 cm x 55 cm.
Crepuscular triptych was created during a residency at Casa Randi in Tenerife, Spain in January/February 2017 as well as in my studio in Oslo.
The word crepuscular is derived from the Latin crepusculum, meaning "twilight". Here I capture creatures and energies active during dusk and dawn.

The work was first exhibited at Norway Focus - Cosmoscow, in Moscow Russia, 7-10 September 2017.
The show included works by Thale Fastvold, Merete Joelsen Aune, Margrethe Pettersen and Sara Ronnback & Daniel Slåttnes (duo).
