Since I was 6 years old I have created lithographies at my fathers printshop in Oslo creating one edition of prints every christmas as gifts to family and friends.

My father Kjell Thorjussen bought the lithography printing press in 1976 and it is still in operation.

About litho:
Lithography (from Greek: Lithos "stone" and graphein "to write" is a method on printing. It is originally based on the principle that oil and water does not mix. Printing is from a lithographic limestone or a metal plate with a smooth surface. It was invented in 1796 by German author and actor Alois Senefelder as a cheap method of publishing plays. Lithography is now used to print artworks.
