Hermaphrodite

Picture
In this project I explored Hermaphrodites in zoology, some creatures are hermaphrodites as a choice other by accident, unable to reproduce. Some can change sex based on the need of the flock, others can divide themselves and reproduce within themselves. Nature is flexible.

The work was exhibited at Trygve Lie Gallery in New York summer 2010 as part of the exhibition Liminality.

Size: 36 cm x 33 cm (framed)
