PAO@Steilene // Performance nr 1501

Studio Toad / Tanja Thorjussen and Don Lawrence, did a performance at Steilene in Nesodden in the Oslo fjord. The performance event was organized by PAO and Nesodden Kommune. Steilene is three islands in the Oslo fjord off the Nesodden peninsula. During the 1800s it was an industrial area with tapping and storing of paraffin and oil. We used the still standing factory building as a starting point and used original tools and material lying about in the performance.
